The Power Rankings methodology reflects a player’s performance over the last five matchdays by awarding points to players for 32 different stats. It is updated every week during the season.
And according to the rankings published on Sky Sports on Tuesday, Moses moved up to number 46 after accumulating 5,352 points.
Moses’ was as a result of his goal for Chelsea in their 3-0 league win against visiting West Bromwich Albion on Monday night, scoring their second goal in a game which halted Chelsea’s back-to-back EPL defeats.
In the number one position is Manchester City four-goal hero against Leicester, Sergio Aguero with Eden Hazard and Kevin De Bruyne of Chelsea and Manchester City occupying second and third spots respectively.
Egypt and Liverpool star Mohamed Salah maintained his fourth spot, his club teammate Roberto Firmino climbed to fifth while Premier League top scorer, Harry Kane, was a non mover on number six.
Other players who made the cut for the rankings for this week are Theo Walcott (Everton), Gylfi Sigurdsson (Everton), Nacho Monreal (Arsenal), Dele Alli (Tottenham Hotspur), Jamie Vardy (Leicester), Raheem Sterling (Manchester City), Chris Smalling (Manchester United) and Shkodran Mustafi (Arsenal).
Meanwhile, Belgian star Eden Hazard was voted Chelsea’s Man of the Match ahead of Moses following Monday night’s 3-0 win against West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League.
Both Hazard and Moses were on target for Chelsea in the impressive win against West Brom. Hazard scored a brace while Moses got his side’s second goal.
The other two players who were also shortlisted for the award were new signing Olivier Giroud, who assisted Chelsea’s first goal, and Pedro Rodriguez.
After 58, 735 votes were cast, Hazard finished top with an overwhelming 87 per cent, while Moses was third with three per cent.
Giroud was second after scoring eight per cent and Pedro securing two per cent.
